Theme Creator troubleshooting
The most common reason for problems with the program is your
browser's ActiveX settings. Follow the steps below to set them up correctly. If
you continue to have problems, please e-mail us at: support@peanutsoftware.com.
Internet Explorer:
1. Go to: Tools > Internet Options
2. Select the Security tab
3. Click on 'Custom Level...'
4. Under 'Reset custom settings' select 'Low'
5. Click 'Reset', then OK
Netscape Navigator:
Netscape does not currently support ActiveX, so it cannot run Theme Creator. You
may wish to download a copy of Microsoft Internet Explorer. If so, you can do
this from the Microsoft site.
